Ludwig Max Fischer PhD
Ludwig Max Fischer, PhD Professor Emeritus for the past 35 years has taught German literature, Comparative Mythology and Humanities at The University of Regensburg in Germany, The University of Colorado, The University of Minnesota, The University of California , The University of Southern California, most recently at Willamette University in Oregon. Numerous publications in the areas of twentieth century literature, exile literature and intercultural communications have marked his university career. In addition to his love of poetry and literature he has a deep interest in psychology, holistic living and natural nutrition. He has published or translated numerous books on these subjects including Bert Hellinger’s With God in Mind, Arnold Ehret’s The Cause and Cure of Human Illness and Joachim Ernst Behrendt's The Third Ear.
Ludwig Max was born in Regensburg, Germany, moved to the USA in his early twenties and has been commuting between Oregon and Toronto for the past sixteen years where he lives with his life partner, Gabriella Martinelli. He is a great fan of Canada and all things Canadian and obtained Permanent Residency Status in 2006.
